Refund Policy – PuffPro Vapes

At PuffPro Vapes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
